Inclusion consultant and translator for easy language
Description
Duygu Özen is in a wheelchair and has learning difficulties. She spent her school years in a special school, first for the physically disabled and then for the mentally disabled. That was not very challenging. She lacked people on her level with whom she could interact. Because of this, she became more and more withdrawn. After finishing school, Duygu Özen therefore wanted to work inclusively in the general labor market. She would like to take on this challenge. Duygu Özen and all her supporters firmly believe that she has a lot of potential. But for this she needs assistance, a driving service, a person to support her and the company and some lessons in math and German to improve steadily. But the Agency for Employment Berlin North says: Duygu Özen has to do an apprenticeship in a workshop for disabled people (WfbM). Only then is she allowed to work in the general labor market. This is what it says in her medical and psychological report. Everything else they do not pay. ++ on 14.02.2019 in Berlin (Berlin).
